  • Nugget was relatively quiet yesterday, but today I think he realized his power as permanent Co-Q. Every crow results in a Burpee

  • My 2.6 has talked about coming to a workout for years, but has never made it out of bed on time. When we had the 2.0’s workout in January, he was visiting his grandmother. One of these days we will get him to a real workout and get him named.

  • It felt good to get back in the gloom for day 2. Petri said that she was not ready for back to back workouts, but I expect to have her back in the gloom again soon!

  • YTBN2.6 is quite fast. I think that he is running faster this year than he was last year when he was on the Cross Country team.
