Warm-Up:

  • 60-sec stretch

The Thang:

  • PAX Partner up (Yo-Yo Ma & Urkel, Petri & YTBN2.6)

  • B.O.M.B.S

    • One partner runs from the inky shadows to the tall grass and back the other does the exercises. Switch until all completed

    • 50 Burpees

    • 100 Overhead Air Presses

    • 150 Merkins

    • 200 Big Boy Sit Ups

    • 250 Squats

  • Run a lap back to the light pole

  • PAX choice - Petri calls Merkins, YTBN2.6 calls Squats, Yo-Yo Ma call Burpees

    • Run a lap, stopping at 5 locations

      • Inky shadows

        • 10 Double Merkin Burpees

        • 10 Squats

      • Corner of the Garden by the tall grass

        • 10 Double Merkin Burpees

        • 10 Squats

      • The Light

        • 10 Double Merkin Burpees
